Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

Customers may cancel their order before it is processed or shipped. To do so, please contact us immediately via email or phone.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may proceed with a return (if applicable) upon receipt.

2.Return and Refund

Eligibility
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund, provided the product is returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice.

Incorrect Items: In case you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for collection and replacement or provide a full refund.

Non-Defective Returns: Returns for non-defective products are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to:

Product being unused and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

A valid reason for return

Please note: Refunds for non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products without original packaging or with visible signs of use

4.Refund Process
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

For payments made via bank transfer or cash on delivery, you may be required to provide your banking details for refund processing.

5.Cancellation or Modification by Sino World General Trading LLC
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unforeseen circumstances, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or violations of our terms. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
